Viktoriia Zaichenko has over 23 years of experience in the media industry. She began her professional career as a subscription manager at the American media holding KP Media, working with publications such as the KYIV Post newspaper and the magazines «Afisha» and «Korrespondent». She later became the Distribution Director for these and other titles within the holding.

Together with the «Korrespondent» team, she joined the business media group of the UMH holding, where she also worked with «Focus», «Comments», and assisted with the launch of the first issue of Forbes Ukraine.

Subsequently, together with Vitaliy Sych, the editor-in-chief of «Korrespondent», they initiated the creation of the media holding NV (including its website, magazine, and NV radio), where she served as Distribution Director, Administrative Director, and was responsible for organising events. She worked at NV for six years, after which she focused on organising various events, including legal and sports-related ones.

Viktoriia then launched several media projects, including Mintrans Media and Bitcoin Magazine Ukraine. The Editor-in-Chief of Forbes invited her to lead their events division, where she worked as Director of Events for three years.

Currently, Viktoriia has held the position of Director of Events at Ukrainska Pravda for two years, where she founded and continues to develop the events department. In addition, she manages the Ukrainska Pravda Readers’ Club.
