Graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Faculty of Journalism (1993). Co-founder of the Publishers Forum in Lviv, Center for the Humanities, and the Center for Cultural Management. Initiated and participated in numerous projects of the aforementioned institutions during 30 years of work in the public sector.
