Yulia Dziuba is the President of the European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN), a network of young leaders from 23 European countries working to strengthen democracy, civic engagement, and European cooperation. She also serves as Head of the Committee on EU Integration in the Youth Council under the Chair of the Parliament of Ukraine.

A policy expert specializing in European integration, democratic governance, and public sector reform, Yulia previously served as Adviser in the Parliament of Ukraine, contributing to EU integration and governance reforms. An alumna of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), she is actively engaged in international initiatives supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction, democratic resilience, and European future.
