Even is the Secretary General of the European Liberal Youth (LYMEC), a pan-European organisation representing 59 member organisations across 40 countries and over 100,000 young liberals.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s in European Studies. Before joining LYMEC, he worked at Transparency International EU, advocating for anti-corruption policies at the European level, and later at the European Liberal Forum, the political foundation and think tank of the liberal family, as a project officer.

In his current role, Even leads the network of LYMEC member organisations, amplifying youth voices in Brussels and shaping liberal contributions to European policy in areas such as administrative simplification, defence, and entrepreneurship. He also coordinates training and capacity-building initiatives for young activists across Europe.
